How to read this
- Sets are initial appointments a setter booked in the window, counted on the day they were set — the same cut as the Board's "sets made that day". A set earns one star for each of the five things above; a set with no qualifying answers can earn only the first.
- Quality is the setter's mean stars per set. Sat is a visit that ran (held, whether or not the closer has reported it yet). Closed is a manager-confirmed sale on that exact visit. A rescheduled set is read where it landed, credited to the setter who made it.
- Points per set = stars + if it sat + if it closed (max ). Pts / set is points over sets.
- Replacement level is what a readily available setter produces per set:
- VORP = points − replacement level × sets. Volume alone cannot win it, and neither can quality on three sets; a negative VORP means the seat produced less than a replacement would have.
