How these are counted
- Sets made
- Initial appointments booked in the period (the Board's set clock), whatever day the visit lands on.
- Sat
- Of these sets, the visits that ran (marked held), sold ones included: the same Sat as a setter's own page. The Board's set clock counts its Sat on the calendar instead (visits in the period, whenever booked), so the two can differ.
- Sit rate
- Sat ÷ (sat + no-show + cancelled), the Board's sit rate, against the Board's goal (stretch ). Upcoming and not-logged visits wait for their day. The setters' number.
- Logged
- Of the visits that came due, the share with an outcome recorded. The closers' first number: nothing else can be read until it is logged.
- Close rate
- Sold ÷ sat. Set close rate: sold ÷ sets that have come due. Sold is a sale a manager confirmed; a closer's Sold tap waits under Sale to confirm.
- Change from before
- The same rate for the same span one period back (yesterday by this time, the same days last week…), counted the same way. Shown once both have 5 or more behind them. The older period has had longer to fill in, so compare rates, not counts of outcomes.
- Show rate
- Sat ÷ (sat + no-show): the door, cancels left out.
- Sits short of the bar
- How many more of these sets had to sit to reach the bar: the bar × (sat + no-show + cancelled), rounded up, minus sat. 0 at or over it.
- Status
- A setter's sit rate against the bar with 5 or more outcomes: on track at or over it, watch within 10 points under it, coach further under. A closer is coach when anything below fired (not logged, no reason, logged late, closing under the floor).
- Coaching topics
- One per thing to train, from what each person's own sets show, most important first: the card and logging (everything else is read from them), then what their misses say, then the rate itself. Topics describe what to train; they never change who a miss is charged to.
- Bad sets
- A closer graded the set bad, or disqualified it as a bad set: the same count as a person's page.
- Disqualified
- Visits the closer called off as ones that should never have been booked, for any reason (credit, roof, renter, bad set…): the same count as a person's page. Most of these are not the setter's.
- Setter-attributable misses
- Bad sets, plus visits where the decision maker was not there (disqualified for it, or sat as a one-legger), which the setter's own qualifying card asks about. Credit, roof, renter, duplicate and coverage are never on the setter.
- Not logged
- The visit is over and no outcome was recorded: the closer's miss.
- Who owns the miss
- Every visit that came due and did not sit, counted once, first match: the setter's (a bad set, or no decision maker), then didn't qualify (credit, roof, renter, coverage, duplicate, bill), then the closer's (not logged), then the homeowner's (a no-show, or a cancel for their own reason or none), then rescheduled.
- Why misses missed
- The reason the closer picked when it says something specific; otherwise their own words are read for a theme. No reason given: nobody said why, so nobody can be coached on it.
- Cancels with no reason
- Cancelled visits nobody recorded a reason for. They count as the homeowner's until someone says otherwise.
- Setter card
- What the setter answered when booking (homeowner, who will be home, solar, bill). One-legger cards are sets booked knowing only one decision maker would be home: optional, tracked.
- Lead time
- From when the set was made to when the visit starts. Same-day % is the share booked under 24 hours ahead.
- When visits sit
- By the visit's own day and start time, Mountain time: mornings before noon, afternoons to 5 pm, evenings after.
- Proposed (Kinobi)
- Of the sets that came due, those Kinobi reported a proposal for: a converted hand-off or any proposal status on the lead, from when the set was made until the lead's next set. A proposal started, not a visit held (a closer can build one from the power bill), so it never counts as Sat. An upcoming set that already has one shows it, and counts once it comes due. Read from the lead's timeline, where Kinobi's reports land since Sep 22, 2026.
- Proposal %
- Proposed ÷ sets that came due.
- Sat, no proposal
- Visits that were held with no proposal from Kinobi: worth a word with the closer.
- Proposed, no sit
- A proposal on a visit that was not held: built without going, or the visit was never logged.
- Before the visit
- The proposal came before the visit's start time.
- Sits to the bar
- The team's sat against the sits the bar asks of these outcomes (a hover or tap on the team sit rate on People); the number left is Sits short of 60%.
- Podium
- The top three setters by sit rate with 5+ outcomes; a tie goes to more sits. Their medals (1, 2, 3) sit beside their names on People.
- Badges
- On the bar: a setter at or better on 5+ outcomes (the green bars on People). Most improved: the biggest sit-rate gain on the period before (the same span as Change from before), 5+ outcomes in both; left off when the period before could not be read. Perfect log: a closer with 5+ visits due and every one logged. Both show as a small icon beside the name.
- People ranking
- Setters by sit rate, best first (a tie goes to more sits), on one 0–100% scale with the goal shaded behind every bar; closers by Logged. Each bar is colored by Status. Fewer than 5 outcomes (a closer: nothing due yet) and Unassigned wait behind one line. A hover or tap on a bar shows every number behind it; a name opens the person.
- Card filled
- Of a setter's sets made, the share booked with the qualifying card filled in.
- Reason given
- Of a closer's misses (sat without a sale, no-show, cancelled), the share with a reason: picked, or in their own words.

Notes to review
executives and admins onlyThese notes name a customer's national origin, race, religion or age. A loss reason should be about the deal (credit, bill, decision makers), never about who the customer is. Nothing here is edited or deleted: the record stays as written.
