Sets made, sat, closed
Sets made · the day they were booked
Sat · the day the sit ran
Closed · includes sales awaiting confirmation
A tall column beside a flat line usually means the visits are still ahead on the calendar.
The same numbers as a table

Rates
Sit rate and close rate
Sit rate · sat ÷ (sat + no-show + cancelled)
Close rate · closed ÷ sat
A day with nothing to measure is a gap in the line, not a zero.

KPI targets

Counts are per working day (Mon–Sat) and rates are the rate itself; a metric with no target is never a miss.
How these are counted
- Sets made count the day they were booked. On the calendar, Sat, No-show and Closed count the day of the visit.
- Closed includes sales a closer reported that a manager has not confirmed yet. Verified means the sale passed QuickBase intake.
- Teams and managers count the sets their setters made and the visits their closers ran, so no visit counts twice.
- The last day or week is still running and is drawn lighter. A rate with nothing to measure shows “—”.
