close rate against the book handled · tap a dot for the recordHow to read it
- 1Top right closes and handles every appointment. Keep sending them sets.
- 2Under the dashed close floor sits but doesn't close. Open the record and read their words.
- 3The shaded strip on the left misses half the book or more: visits never logged, or reschedules that never got a new time. Those are lost deals.
- 4Bigger dots got more appointments, so every miss costs the most sets.

How this is counted
Appointments received are the sets made in the period that landed on the closer's book (the Sets report's cohort: a moved set is read where it landed). Closed is a deal for this closer: sold or awaiting a manager on the visit itself, or on a later visit to the same customer (a follow-up or a rebook) that this closer sold, or a QuickBase verified sale signed after the set; one deal per customer. Close rate is closed ÷ sits. Missed is a visit that came due with nothing logged, or one marked reschedule that never got a new time on the calendar; a reschedule with a new time is read where it landed and is not a miss. Sit rate is sat ÷ (sat + no-show + cancelled). Keep feeding: closing at or over the floor with under a quarter of the due book missed. Review: closing but missing deals, closing under the floor, or no close yet on fewer than eight sits. Pause: eight or more sits with nothing closed or closing under half the floor, or nothing closed with half the due book missed. Fewer than five due and no close yet is too few to rate. Coaching notes (no reason given, logged late) are shown on the closer's card but never decide the verdict. The verdict is Sundae's recommendation; the manager decides.
